Calatrasi Wine Cellar & Cooking Class

Situated in the Valley of the Jato, approx 20 kms from Palermo, the Calatrasi Osteria is the perfect place to taste not only Sicilian cuisine but also Sicilian wines. In fact it is a wine cellar and produces very famous wines.

You will be met in Palermo, at Ballaro’s bustling market where you will buy the ingredients to create all the dishes. Then we will continue to the wine cellar and have the cooking lesson. Lunch is based around the dishes you cook cooked. In the afternoon you will visit the cellar and taste some of the most typical wines. This is a full day - approx 7 hours.
