Based in Rapallo for 3 nights, a highlights of this tour includes a full day guided tour of the Tigullio region - the Ligurian Riviera. Your will be shown the seaside resort of Sestri Levante. Then travel to Monterosso for the remainder of the trip and your Cinque Terre experience, with a tour guide to reveal its true beauty. Day 1 RapalloOwn arrangements to your hotel in Rapallo positioned near the promenade. Day 2 Rapallo/Panoramic of the Gulf of Tigullio Meet in the hotel lobby with your tour guide, for a full day guided tour of the Tigullio region. Boat trip to Portofino and San Fruttuoso, including a visit to the Benedictine Abbey. Visit the quaint town of Camogli, before returning by train to Rapallo. Day 3 Tigullio & Sestri Levante Meet your tour guide at the nearby Rail Station for a half day guided excursion to the seaside resort town of Sestri Levante. Afternoon at leisure. Day 4 Rapallo/Monterosso Morning at leisure after breakfast meet with your driver and transfer to your hotel in Monterosso al Mare. Remainder of the afternoon at leisure in Monterosso. Day 5 Monterosso & the Cinque Terre Meet your tour guide in the lobby of the hotel and depart for full day excursion to explore the Cinque Terre. Commence by train to Vernazza and then on to Manarola. Trek along the Via dell'Amore to Riomaggiore (1.2km), followed by a boat trip to Portovenere. Return by boat to Monterosso. Day 6 Monterosso/Corniglia After breakfast meet your tour guide at the entrance of Monterosso Rail Station depart for a visit to the tiny town of Corniglia perched on top of the hills. After the visit return to Monterosso. Remainder of the afternoon at leisure. Day 7 Monterosso Your Riviera and Cinque Terre experience comes to an end.
