Day 1 Milan, GenoaMeeting point - Jolly Hotel Machiavelli 8.30pm.
Depart for Genova, a city rich in art and surrounded by a major seaport. A medieval town offering amazing architecture and heritage. Beautiful narrow street and alleyways filled with cafes, restuarants, shops, baroque and Romanesque churches.
Vist the modern zone of the Ancient Port with its restored buildings and new structures, such as the aquarium (the biggest in Europe). Make your way to your hotel for your overnight.
Day 2 Genoa, Sanremo, Genoa
Breakfast. Proceed to Sanremo, known as the town of flowers and sun. Famous for the Italian Song Festival.
Renowned for it’s entertainment, beaches and promenades. Attractions include the famous Casino and elegant shops. Free time for lunch. In the afternoon return to Genova. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 3 Genoa, Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Genoa Breakfast at the hotel and depart to Portovenere to visit this wonderful fishermens village which is located just at the end of La Spezia Gulf. Ferry to the Cinque Terre to visit the amazing small medieval hilltop towns.
Free time for lunch. In the afternoon return to Genova via Portovenere. Overnight in the hotel.
Day 4 Genoa, Santa Margherita Ligure, Portofino, Camogli, Milan
Breakfast. Depart for a visit to the beautiful seaside resort of Santa Margherita.
Proceed to Portofino for a visit of the small harbour town surrounded by typical colourful Ligurian style buildings.
Time to visit the small centre filled with cafes and exclusive designer shops. Depart for a visit to Camogli.
In the afternoon, return to Milan.
