“When in Rome do as the Romans do”. Be whisked away to the town of
Mazzano Romano and take part in a cooking lesson using seasonal and
local produce, later to be washed down with a locally produced wine.

Day 1 RomeArrival transfer to the Hotel by private car. Day at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 2 Rome
Breakfast.
Depart at 9.30am for the ancient village of Mazzano Romano. On arrival you will have the opportunity to get all the local produce required for the cooking lesson from the garden and farm. The chef will take you through a step by step cooking lesson using the fresh produce. The lesson will begin with appetizers, followed by first course, second course and finally desert. Time to indulge in the feast you have prepared including tasting of local wine.
After lunch proceed to a small village called Calcata. A beautiful small town renowned for it’s artwork that has been produced by local artists and sold at a reasonable rates. Continue on to visit the captivating small town of Monte Gelato made up of mini waterfalls and bridges. After the falls back to Rome and overnight.
Day 3 RomeBreakfast at the hotel. Private car transfer to the airport.
