A great introduction to Umbria’ s culinary delights. Tantalize your tastebud through sampling local produce including olive oil and wine. Indulge in the local cuisine through an introductory cooking course preparing a variety of appetizer typical of the region.

Day 1 Morning transfer from hotel in Rome to Rome train station. Mid morning train from Rome to Spoleto, first class ticket, one hour and half ride. Transfer from Spoleto railway station to the hotel Clitunno. Enjoy a welcome drink and a short presentation on your cooking course from our chef. This evening, enjoy welcome dinner and night passing at hotel Clitunno.

Day 2
PastaAfter breakfast, at 11.00 am your introduction to classic Umbrian cooking gets underway with the presentation and preparation of some typical appetisers. Lunch enjoy preparing and tasting the dishes you've prepared. At 03.30 pm the emphasis will be on pasta!!, with the preparation of such dishes as Strangozzi (homemade pasta) with truffle sauce, gnocchi (potato dumplings) al sugo, and many more. At 5.30 pm free time and dinner to celebrate your graduation at the San Lorenzo restaurant.

Day 3
After breakfast the day will be dedicated to the visit, tasting and shopping of the best Umbrian gastronomy products. An English speaking guide will escort you to discover old olive oil farms and tasting the Sagrantino di Mntefalco red wine, visiting a beautiful winery in Montefalco. Lunch in Montefalco. At 3.30 pm return to your hotel, free time and dinner on your own.

Day 4
Breakfast, transfer to the railway station in Spoleto, end of services. Upon request we can provide train tickets for the destination that the client need.
