Day 1 Saturday - CataniaIndependent arrival at the Hote Una Palace in Catanial. Welcome drink, dinner and overnight.

Day 2 Sunday - Catania, Siracusa, Ragusa
After a buffet breakfast, depart for Siracusa and visit the archaeological area including the famous Latomie of Paradise and the Dyionisios “Ear”. Continue to the island of Ortigia, and the historical centre of the city. Visit the Cathedral and Arethuse fountain. Independent lunch. Depart for Ragusa and visit the enchanting historical centre of “Ibla”, with its Baroque palaces and churches. Enjoy an aperitif in a nice bar in the main square by the Dome. Dinner and overnight at Hotel Poggio del Sole.

Day 3 Monday - Ragusa, Caltagirone, Piazza Armerina, Agrigento
After a buffet breakfast, depart for Caltagirone, the famous centre of Sicilian ceramic production. Continue to Piazza Armerina and visit the world renowned “Villa Romana del Casale” Lunch in a local restaurant with a traditional menu opportunity. Depart for Agrigento and visit the Valley of the Temples. Accommodation and dinner at the Hotel Dioscuri Bay Palace. After dinner, depart for an unforgettable night tour of the Valley of the Temples. Overnight at hotel.

Day 4 Tuesday - Agrigento, Palermo, Monreale
CathedralBuffet breakfast. Depart for Palermo. Accommodation at Grande Albergo Sole. Time at leisure. Independent lunch. Afternoon visit of Monreale and the Cathedral, and the Benedictine Cloister in Arab-Norman style. Continue to the historical centre of Palermo, one of the largest of Europe (including the Cathedral, the Palatine Chapel, the Royal Palace). Dinner and overnight stay in hotel.

Day 5 Wednesday - Palermo, Segesta, Erice, Trapani, Palermo
Buffet breakfast. Depart for Segesta to visit the Temple and the Theatre. Continue to the medieval hill top town of Erice. Stroll though its tiny and charming streets. Independent lunch. Depart for Trapani visiting the salt windmills. Return to Palermo. Dine at a local restaurant. A tour of Palermo by night. Overnight in hotel.

Day 6 Thursday - Palermo, Cefalu, Parco dei Nebrodi, Taormina
CefaluBuffet breakfast. Depart for Cefalù and visit the Arab-Norman Cathedral. Enjoy a walk through the cobbled streets of this charming sea side village, lined with shops and antiques. Continue to the Park of “Nebrodi”. Stop at the Miraglia Forest for lunch with a typical menu. Continue to Cesarò, Randazzo and visit the Etna Park from the North side. Enjoy the breathtaking landscapes. Arrival in Taormina, dinner and overnight at Hotel Villa Diodoro, in the centre of Taormina.

Day 7 Friday - Taormina,(Etna - optional), Taormina
Buffet breakfast, morning at leisure. Weather conditions permitting, optional morning departure to Mt Etna, the highest active volcano in Europe. Moving through the fascinating landscape, we will reach a height of 1800 metres, where you will fantastic panorama of the Ionic Sea. In the afternoon visit, the charming medieval town of Taormina referred to as "the pearl of the Ionic Sea". Enjoy time at leisure. Enjoy time at leisure for shopping or walking through the tiny streets. In the late afternoon return to the hotel. Farewell dinner at your hotel.

Day 8 Saturday - Taormina
