Once in Naples, there will be a short panoramic city tour. Proceed to Pompeii where, after the lunch break, we will visit the excavations of this world-famous Roman town destroyed by the eruption of the Mt. Vesuvius in 79 A.D. We will continue our trip to Amalfi. Overnight in hotel. (Dinner only in high season). Day 2 Amalfi Free time to discover the beauty of this wonderful coastal resort. Overnight.(Dinner only in high season) Day 3 Amalfi, Pompeii, Rome Breakfast at hotel. Free time in the morning. Transfer to Pompeii at approx 3:00pm, where we shall start our trip back to Rome. Traffic permitting, approx 9.00 pm is the estimated time of arrival in Rome.
