Description:A wonderful Italian Villa just outside of Florence, surrounded by Tuscan hills, is the special setting for this home-style Tuscan and Italian cooking class. Veronica will host you at her place and lead you to discover the flavours of our traditional dishes. You will learn Pasta secrets, prepare Gnocchi and “Sugo”, Castagnaccio, or grill a traditional Chicken a’ la brick. Whatever the season, the ingredients will inspire the creativity of your host and you will be taken along in a path of traditional food, wines, olive, and wonderful sights. A true Tuscan experience.

Description:You will fly over the legendary Chianti landscape with its hilltop towns, castles, valleys, famous vineyards, and mixed woodlands. We fly in the early morning just after dawn or about 1 hour before sunset. The early flight morning is an easier flight, suitable for anyone. The sunset flight, because of wind conditions at that time of the day, is much more difficult. Passenger should expect a more sporty flight and, most likely, a strong landing. Suggested for activesport lovers. Flight details: The inflation takes about 30 minutes, and the flight approximately 1 hour depending on wind and weather. After landing, once the balloon is packed away, we move on to enjoy a marvelous champagne breakfast (sunrise flight) or a Tuscan dinner (sunset flight). We will then drive you back to the launch field. The whole adventure takes about two and a half hours (excluding dinner).

chance to make new friends and learn a few secrets from our wonderful hosts. Participants cook and eat

Dominated at the time by 72 imposing tower houses, 14 of which are still intact, San Gimignano is known as “the town of the thousand towers”. Here you will be able to discover a pot-pourri of fragrances and flavours to be savoured in a unique tour of the countless artistic and cultural treasures the town possesses.
The trip continues to Siena in the charm of the architectural styles of the Cathedral and Palazzo Comunale (Municipal Building) in Piazza del Campo, the stage of the famous Palio race.
In the afternoon, Pienza - a singular example of architectural beauty, harmony and perfection. The many little alleyways with their suggestive names mostly overlook breathtaking scenery. The squares and historical buildings preserve the secrets of the art of Rossellino and traces of the noble papal power. A Pienza tradition is that of the typical Pecorino (sheep’s milk cheese).
You will continue the tour going to Montepulciano, a town built along a narrow ridge of limestone, surrounded by an imposing city wall. The stateliness of the renaissance buildings and the elegant beauty of its churches intertwine with the ancient winemaking tradition of “Nobile di Montepulciano”, the town’s winemaking symbol and the delight of your palate to taste. |

Description: A tour through the heart of beautiful Tuscany.
The first stop during our trip is San Gimignano, one of the most splendid examples of medieval towns and declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
The town, distinguished by its world famous, characteristic towered skyline, stands along the via Francigena on the hills of upper Val D’Elsa.
The town, also famous for its wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, saffron and the precious Santa Fina pottery, will meet our eye in the early morning.
The guide will accompany you to every corner of the town characterised by beautiful squares, buildings, churches and suggestive alleyways.
The day will continue with the tour of Siena where you will be enchanted by the architectural styles of the Cathedral and of the Palazzo Comunale (Municipal Building) in Piazza del Campo, the stage of the famous Palio race.
In the afternoon we will tour the Chianti classico area with its charming scenic views.
After a long stop at the hamlet of Castellina in Chianti you will have the pleasure of experiencing an itinerary through taste, touring a famous wine estate reviewed in the best specialised magazines, which produces Chianti Classico, oil, balsamic vinegar, aromatic and officinal herbs.

Our expert guide will show you the marvellous unspoilt landscapes that have been cradling the Chianti vineyards for centuries. You will visit ancient churches, medieval castles and little hamlets where the pace of life has remained unchanged over the course of time. Our tour then continues to San Gimignano - a splendid examples of a medieval town, declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
The town is also famous for its wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, saffron and the precious Santa Fina pottery.
