Veronica will host you at her place and lead you to discover the flavours of our traditional dishes. You will learn Pasta secrets, prepare Gnocchi and “Sugo”, Castagnaccio, or grill a traditional Chicken a’ la brick. Whatever the season, the ingredients will inspire the creativity of your host and you will be taken along in a path of traditional food, wines, olive, and wonderful sights. A true Tuscan experience. BALLOONING OVER CHIANTI - At sunrise or sunset - approx. 3 hrs Rise up gently from the ground and discover Tuscany from an alternative perspective, from a hot air balloon! Rates per person (min 2 people): Sunrise $577 (includes Chianti breakfast) Sunset $692 (includes Chianti dinner) - Transfers from Siena on request Frequency: Daily (weather conditions permitting) Description:You will fly over the legendary Chianti landscape with its hilltop towns, castles, valleys, famous vineyards, and mixed woodlands. We fly in the early morning just after dawn or about 1 hour before sunset. The early flight morning is an easier flight, suitable for anyone. The sunset flight, because of wind conditions at that time of the day, is much more difficult. Passenger should expect a more sporty flight and, most likely, a strong landing. Suggested for activesport lovers. Flight details: The inflation takes about 30 minutes, and the flight approximately 1 hour depending on wind and weather. After landing, once the balloon is packed away, we move on to enjoy a marvelous champagne breakfast (sunrise flight) or a Tuscan dinner (sunset flight). We will then drive you back to the launch field. The whole adventure takes about two and a half hours (excluding dinner).

Description: The hands-on course covers traditional, home-style Tuscan and Italian recipes to enjoy the wonderfully intense flavours & freshness of traditional Italian dishes cooked in an evocative stone farmhouse in the hills of Chianti, surrounded by vineyard & olive groves. The classes are held in a friendly atmosphere and you have the chance to make new friends and learn a few secrets from our wonderful hosts. Participants cook and eat dishes prepared using fresh, natural ingredients. A complete meal (5 recipes) such as appetisers, a pasta dish, a vegetable or meat dish and then a dessert is prepared every day and is accompanied by the wine.
